Policy Performance is a small business with two full-time staff members.
Charlie Tulloch, Director, draws on 15 years' experience as a public sector consultant. He scopes and delivers projects to meet clients' needs for rigor and quality.
Arun Jyothi Callapilli, Research and Evaluation Consultant, is an experienced social researcher, with an education background in statistics. She has robust research and evaluation skills, including in RCT and quasi-experimental designs.
Policy Performance carefully sources delivery partners to complement our skills, where this adds value.

In 2024, we are sponsoring Nedd's Uncomfortable Challenge to raise funds for homelessness programs. We also sponsored AES24, the Australian Evaluation Society International Conference.
In the past, we have provided post-bushfire support to the Salvation Army and the World Wildlife Fund. We have also supported flood relief efforts.
